Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment(s) total charge for appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours, 100% for No Show appointments or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Appointment Times

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for our check-in and time for you to unwind. 

To ensure that all guests receive their full Wingate experience, late arrivals will end at the originally scheduled time, your service times are reserved especially for you. 

Mobile Phone Use

We view the atmosphere of the Wingate to be similar to an oasis, a break from the hectic world in which we live. For that reason and in consideration of our other guests, we ask that you not use your cell phone during your services. If you must make or receive a call, please ask and we can escort you to a private area.

Children

We love children. However for the relaxation of all of our clients we kindly ask that children not accompany you during your appointments. 

We do offer some appointments for children, please contact the front desk for age ranges.

Gift Certificates

Our services and spa packages make a unique gift. Gift Cards are available for individual and/or a combination of services and can be presented as a beautiful gift.

GIFT CARD PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
