...or any other special event that you wish to host. Our Bridal & Event Coordinator will be your personal contact from beginning to end. That attention to detail is what makes Wingate Spa Parties unique.

Spa Party & Bridal Party Details:
-In order to truly enjoy your experience at the Wingate, we ask that your group arrives at least 15 minutes prior to the first appointment. This allows time for the necessary check-in process.

-A credit card number is required as a deposit for groups of three or more. Cancellation of your entire party within a 5-day notification period or cancellation of guest appointments within 24 hours may result in a 50% service charge on your credit card.

-For groups of three or more, gratuity is added at check-out (18%). Quoted prices do not include gratuity. An itemized list of your services with pricing and gratuity is available upon request.

-Due to the Wingate computerized scheduling system, day-of changes to your event may be disruptive for you and your party. In order for us to make your day go smoothly, please make any guest name, service and service time changes at least 24 hours in advance.

-After reserving your event, please read over the confirmation packet that will be sent to you via email.
